About the project

This boutique residential project is being built in the peaceful surroundings of the Tichý údolí and Únětice Stream Valley Nature Reserve and will offer just 3 residential units with a terrace or garden, beautiful views and parking. The elegant development project is set in a pleasant location and will provide its future residents with plenty of privacy, proximity to nature and quick access to the centre of Prague. 

The project is being built with respect for the surrounding development using superior materials with an emphasis on sustainability. All apartments have solid oak floors, wood-aluminium windows with 12cm frames and triple glazing, external blinds, Stiebel heat pump, underfloor heating, air conditioning, natural materials, fireplace, branded sanitary ware, large-format Marazzi and Fondovalle tiles.

The largest of the units is dominated by a living room as high as the rafters with exposed beams and fireplace, Travertine paneling. The spacious apartment unit also includes a 16m swimming pool and a conservatory with a floor area of 25m².

Location - Prague 6 - Suchdol

Suchdol is an ideal place for family life. Near the house there are both primary and kindergarten schools. There is also a bus stop nearby, which provides excellent connections to the city center. In addition, all amenities are available in the area. Children's and football pitches are available for leisure activities, and there are regular events that strengthen the local community and create a pleasant environment. Nature can be explored in the Silent Valley and the Unetice Stream Valley Nature Reserve.

There are also horse stables nearby, which will be appreciated not only by horse riding enthusiasts but also by families who like to spend time outdoors. In addition, there are several excellent restaurants here, which tempt for great gastronomic experiences.
