Žďárské vrchy is an attractive location that has preserved the original atmosphere of the Czech countryside with original cottages, picturesque valleys, meadows and pastures. The Železné Mountains are known for their unspoiled nature with a touch of wilderness, clean lakes and rivers. Both areas are popular for exceptional cycling routes, hiking trips and other adventures, the nearby Seč reservoir also provides plenty of activities for water sports enthusiasts. There are also a number of cultural and historical monuments in the vicinity, such as the castle in Světlá nad Sázavou or Kutná hora, listed as a UNESCO cultural heritage site with the Church of St. Barbara and the world-famous ossuary. Despite the location being untouched by excessive tourism, there is excellent transport accessibility - you can use both the Hradec and Brno highways to get there.
