About the project
Sotheby's Int. Realty Czech Republic offers for sale newly built apartments in luxury villa houses, located on the hillside of the picturesque Croatian village of Ražanj. The set of three houses will be located just a 2-minute walk from the sea, with open views of the bay, and will provide a total of 15 apartments ranging in size from 49 to 92 sqm. The last units in building A will be ready to move in for the 2026 season, while villa houses B and C will be ready in Q4 2026.
Each generously proportioned apartment will include a large terrace or front garden with direct sea views, a parking space and a basement cellar. All apartments will be equipped with air conditioning and front window blinds. The complex will also include a heated swimming pool, accessible only to the owners of the units.
From design to implementation, the developer cooperates with Czech architects, residential designers and some Czech subcontractors to ensure maximum quality of exterior and interior workmanship. The high standard will include Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, Hansgrohe faucets, natural stone, ceramic tiles, heated floor in the bathrooms, as well as oak floors and high quality aluminium windows supplemented with external shading
