About the project

Rezidence PO7SKÁ combines historic charm with the highest standards of modern living. The project is the result of a careful reconstruction of a corner Art Nouveau building. There are now 31 apartment units on a total of 8 floors, from 1 + kk to spacious 4 + kk, with floor areas ranging from 38 sqm to 143 sqm. The ground floor of the building is complemented by three commercial spaces of 65-104 m², ideal for showrooms or specialist shops, and 2 accommodation units. A small fitness centre with a sauna and relaxation area is available to residents, providing the ideal place to unwind after a busy day.

Historical features sensitively preserve the original character of the building, while modern technology in the apartments and common areas ensure maximum comfort and security. Presentable entrance areas, a glass elevator and basement cubicles for each unit are standard features.

The common courtyard with its rich greenery and comfortable seating area offers not only a beautiful view of the greenery, but also space for moments of relaxation or meeting with loved ones.

The new residential project includes:

The renovation includes the construction of an elevator, the unique atmosphere is emphasized by historical stained glass windows, repaired original windows, wrought iron railings, design lighting and natural stone staircase. The interior standard includes solid oak floors, designer sanitary ware and electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms, as well as a smart video phone with tablet, double doors to the bedrooms. Select units have single or double glazed doors to the living room and wall mounted refrigeration. Heating will be provided by a gas boiler and radiators.
