About the project
Czech Republic Sotheby’s International Realty presents the completed Rezidence PO7SKÁ, created through the sensitive restoration of a corner Art Nouveau building on Polská Street in Prague’s Vinohrady district. The project comprises 31 apartments, two accommodation units and three commercial premises with direct street access. Approximately 80% of the units have already been sold, while the current selection includes eight move-in-ready apartments with layouts ranging from one to three bedrooms.
Restored stained glass, brass detailing, period metalwork, railings and a natural-stone staircase preserve the building’s historic character. Contemporary additions include representative entrance areas, a new lift, private storage for each unit and a landscaped green courtyard with communal seating. Residents also have access to fitness and wellness facilities with a sauna, kitchenette and lounge.
The interior specification includes engineered timber flooring laid in a herringbone pattern, timber doors, high-quality new windows and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Most apartments have a separate guest WC, while selected units feature en-suite bathrooms and wall cooling. The top-floor apartments offer underfloor heating throughout, air conditioning, fireplace preparation and spacious terraces. A smart video entry system with a touch-screen tablet, CCTV and intercom, and keyless chip access support residents’ security.
The project received the People’s Choice Award in the Real Estate Project of the Year 2024 competition for Prague 2.
