About the project
Sotheby's Int. Realty presents an exclusive project of wooden villa buildings in the developing locality of Předboj on the eastern outskirts of Prague. The modern homes under construction offer the ideal combination of timeless design, energy self-sufficiency and living in a quiet village within easy reach of the metropolis centre. A total of 11 modern wooden houses will be built as part of the project, the current offer includes villas in the first stage of construction.
The interior layouts are designed to meet the needs of a large family and all the requirements for modern living. The generous spaces with a layout of 6+kk are spread over two floors with a total area of 298 m² or 308 m². On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with ample storage space for built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, an open plan living and dining area, a kitchen and a guest room. The interiors complement the overall superior concept: the bathrooms are equipped with branded sanitary ware Villeroy & Boch, GROHE, TRES, the floors in the living rooms have three-layer oak flooring Valen & Masar, in the bathrooms large-format Italian tiles. The final interior finishing can be customized according to the future owner's ideas and requirements.
