About the project

Sotheby's Int. Realty Czech Republic offers for sale 75 modern apartments in an exclusive development project designed by the de.fakto architectural studio of Petr Marek. This completely new project represents a unique possibility of modern living in the centre of the popular district of lower Holešovice.

The project includes both single-story and maisonette apartments in layouts from 2+kk to 5+kk, and they include large private terraces, winter gardens, orangeries or their own wellness. Another high-end feature are car lifts which lead directly in front of the individual apartments so the future owner will have more comfort and convenience. It is also possible to purchase parking spaces for all apartments in the project's underground garage.

Thanks to the modern heating and cooling technologies used through heat pumps with underground drill holes, there are significant energy savings for the entire building and zero emissions. In addition, everything in the apartment is controlled by the so-called intelligent household system - a mobile application that can be used to set the heating, cooling, car lift, blinds or security system. The pleasant interior environment of the apartments in every season is ensured by radiant heating and cooling by capillary ceilings, recuperative ventilation and outdoor blinds.

Emphasis was also placed on the careful and sensitive selection of interior fittings, such as natural wooden floors, Porcelanosa bathrooms or aluminium sliding French windows.

The inner block of the building will be equipped with shops, commercial services and a public park connected to arcades.
